• Orders are processed after successful PayPal payment confirmation.

Delivery begins after payment is received and the provided delivery details are verified. Estimated delivery times shown on listings are estimates, not guarantees.

• Most orders are prepared quickly, often within the listed delivery window when stock and trade access are available.
• You must be reachable through the email or Discord contact entered at checkout.
• You must be available in the selected league/server for in-game trade delivery.
• Delays may occur because of queue volume, server issues, stock changes, game maintenance, or customer unavailability.
• An order is considered fulfilled once the purchased items/currency have been delivered through in-game trade.

Refunds are available only before an order has been delivered. Because POE2 currency and items are digital goods delivered in-game, completed deliveries are final.

• You may request cancellation and refund before delivery starts.
• Delivered orders are not refundable unless Exile Vault confirms that the wrong item or quantity was delivered.
• If an order cannot be fulfilled because stock is unavailable, you may choose a replacement, wait for restock, or receive a refund.
• If incorrect customer details prevent delivery, Exile Vault will contact you using the provided contact method to correct the issue.
• Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal payment method when possible.

Exile Vault collects only the information needed to process and deliver your order: league, character name, contact email or Discord, cart contents, notes, and payment confirmation details from PayPal.

• Your cart is saved in your browser using local storage so it remains available if you refresh or return later.
• PayPal processes payment information. Exile Vault does not collect or store full card numbers through this website.
• Order details may be included in PayPal order information so the payment can be matched to your delivery request.
• Your contact information is used for delivery updates, order confirmation, and support related to your purchase.
• Exile Vault does not sell customer contact details.
